About Us
Music Everywhere was started by Rob Sanchez and Ryan Rogowski, two Betaspring Accelerator alumni with separate companies. The duo went to Startup Weekend Boston with just a simple idea and all the physical products they needed. The initial prototype and ensuing traction couldn't have been built in under 30 hours without the help of Dan Ciambrone, Gabriel Begun, Paul Senatillaka and Daniel Trostli. Rob folded his product to pursue his music passion with Music Everywhere and Tabber and has since gotten help on the project from Kipp Bradford and Nick Holcomb. The product was honed at Music Hackday San Francisco and promoted more at SF Music Tech.
Most recently, Tabber won first place at AngelHack where over 100 teams competed in front of some of the best investors in the industry.
Music Everywhere builds Tabber guitars but more importantly it builds a community around music, giving everyone the opportunity to have the full music experience. We are proudly based in Providence, RI.
Rockstar Team
Rob Sanchez - inventor
Rob has been a musician for 10 years. Drums are his specialty but has always wanted to learn other instruments. Rob is an entrepreneur who has gone through two startup incubators (Founder Institute and Betaspring). When not working on Tabber, you can find him chatting it up with people with similar interests or, most likely, listening to music extremely loudly. Read more on Rob here.
Ryan Rogowski - creator
Ryan wants to learn to play guitar but finds it too difficult and time consuming. He thinks it will help with the ladies. He's also a hero electrical and systems engineer who runs a company called Translate Abroad and also attended Betaspring. Read Ryan's full resume here.
Kipp Bradford - kippkitts
Kipp is one of the all around best "makers" in the Northeast. Technical Editor at Make Magazine and Adjunct Professor at Brown University, Kipp started his company, kippkitts, and has partnered with Music Everywhere to build beautiful Tabber guitars. Kipp's full profile is here.
Nick Holcomb - Holcomb Guitars
Nick is helping us with all of our woodworking needs, from simple embedding of Tabber kitts, to full blow custom Tabber guitars. His work is amazing, check it out at www.HolcombGuitars.com. Nick started taking apart guitars at age 14 and has been at it ever since. While studying Sculpture at the Rhode Island School of Design, his love of art and musical instruments intersected leading him into the world of custom instruments. After attending and graduating Best in Class from Atlanta Guitar Works, Nick opened Holcomb Guitars and has worked with both venerated designers such as Ned Steinberger and musicians from many genres. here.
